OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 21, 2014-- LSB Industries, Inc. (“LSB” or the “Company”), (NYSE: LXU), today announced that it will release its financial results for the 2013 fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2013 before the market opens on Thursday, February 27, 2014.

LSB’s management will host a conference call on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at 11:00 am ET / 10:00 am CT. Participating in the call will be Chairman & CEO, Jack E. Golsen; President and COO, Barry H.
